It’s chill winter morning and the clock struck 6'. Veena opened the bedroom door, which opened to a gardened portico. Venna's parents live in an old fashioned manduva house; they bought it twelve years ago in the 'civilized village called Yanamalakuduru.Veena came out and sat on the old rosewood rocking chair facing the small vegetable garden they grew.An instant smile came on her face seeing a confused lil kukoo pecking the mirror of her father's old chetak parked in the walk way.
Veena's mother came out from the kitchen holding two hot filter coffee cups; she handed one to veena and the other to her father who’s chopping veggies for the day.
Veena sipped the coffee and said "ummmm... coffee super amma".
Veena's mother with a gay expression says " Nuvvochakee imathram strong gaa tagutunnam, mee naana ki mari neella coffee kavali.
Veena’s father says "Avunakka strong ga`a taagithee naa nalika pattestundi". Veena’s father fondly addreses her as akka.
Veena (sipping the coffee ) : Ivalti nunchi neno manchi story raydam start cheestha ,hummm. .. maa love story ee pen cheestha .. maa buddodiki vinipistha. she then smoothly touches her tummy and smiles( Veena is an expecting mother).
